FAQ

How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:

  • 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
  • 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

97.66%
of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our
orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note:

  • Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an idea of how
long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated
fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
  • Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve had to amend our
fulfillment and shipment times listed above. Please take a look at the
latest estimates
here.

Do all items in orders always ship together?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because
some products are packaged and shipped separately. E.g. we send our
posters in super-durable tubes, and a hoodie or mug won’t fit in there.
Or a scented candle may be made and shipped from one location, while a
t-shirt is printed and shipped from another

Is shipping available in all countries?

No, PAL campaign isn’t available in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

For now, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

We’re available to all other countries and ship internationally!

Are your products ethically made?

that comply to strict labor, environmental, and safety standards. To

What type of printing process is used on your items?

We use water based and eco-friendly inks in a process called DTG, or
direct-to-garment. This makes the feel much softer than traditional
screen printed shirts, but just as durable. We’re using CPSIA (Consumer
Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when
printing on children’s wear 12 and below.

I notice a scent and/or discoloration with my shirt. What should I do?

When unpacking a new garment with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print,
you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t
worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during
the printing process and it’s not permanent. They will both disappear
after the first wash.

If you receive a product with a stain – please wash it before reporting a problem.
