REFUND / RETURN POLICY

We have a return policy of 30 days, which means that you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

Your item must be in the same condition as you purchased it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase as well.

You can email us to start the return process at info@bluedesertexperience. We’ll send you a return shipping label if your return is approved, as well as guidance on how and where to send your order. Things sent back to us without asking for a return first will not be approved.

Damages and issues

Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item so that we can determine the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

It is not possible to return such types of goods, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or customized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). For dangerous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, we also do not allow returns. If you have questions or concerns about your particular piece, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, on sale goods or gift cards, we can’t consider returns.

Exchanges

The easiest way to guarantee that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate order for the new item until the return is approved.

Refunds

When we’ve obtained and reviewed your return, we will contact you and let you know if the refund has been accepted or not. If accepted, you will automatically be refunded using your original form of payment. Please note that it might take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund as well.
