Off-road Agadir experience
Take in breathtaking views from ranges, dams, tunnels, and sand dunes
Savour a delicious local lunch at a Berber house
Discover the fishing settlement and the fishermen’s caves
A full-day trip, including lunch, is the Agadir Jeep safari. On this true adventure, on a 4 x 4 truck, you can explore the Agadir area, jetting off the road to different areas, all the while soaking up the breathtaking scenery exclusive to Morocco. The first visit would be to see traditional pottery and ceramics from Morocco.
Then, travel to a wild beach and pause for a tour to the fishermen’s caves, where you’ll be treated to an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Take a cruise to Massa National Park and see the Sous Canal, the only known breeding ground for shiny ibis, flamingo birds and marbled ducks.
Continue to see the walled ramparts in the ancient silver capital of Tiznit and then take a stroll through the old Medina (Old City), shopping along the way through the handmade Berber silver jewellery. Lay down and eat a tasty lunch of tajine and couscous eaten along with a treat of local fruit and mint tea at a local Berber house.
In the tiny Sahara dunes, enjoy some free time to take photographs and marvel at the spectacular landscapes. Enjoy a final rest at the majestic Dam Youssef Ibn Tachfine before going south, revelling in the panoramic views from the peak of the hill. You will rest and focus on the fun drive back to your Agadir hotel.
