Since opening in 2014, Nomad has become a modern icon. Ranged over many levels, the restaurant provides a vast Mediterranean menu punctuated with Moroccan flavors with various indoor and outdoor spaces. In a new light, the sardine tart and vegetarian pastilla (pastry filled with goat cheese, tomato confit and seasonal vegetables) feature Moroccan flavors. For gluten-free tourists as well, dishes such as grilled lamb chops and flourless orange cardamom ginger cake are a welcome treat. The success of Nomad could be its biggest downside, however, since service may sound mechanical and reservations are completely mandatory.
