transfer you to the hotel. You’ll explore the economic capital of
Morocco by visiting Mohammed V square, Royal palace and Habous district,
the residential area of Anfa, the United Nations Square, Ain Diab
Corniche and Hassan II mosque which is the largest Mosque in Africa
decorated with stunning tiling of the utmost Craftsmanship.
Discover the Rich History and Monuments of Meknes, the Ismalian Capital
and Imperial City of Morocco, on a Day Trip from Casablanca to Fez.
Visit the Remarkable Bab Al Mansour Gate and Hedim Square, as well as
the 40Km Long Walls Surrounding the City. Explore the many Monuments,
Museums, Mausoleums and the New City of Hamria, making Meknes a
significant Historical Landmark, before returning to your Fez hotel in
the evening.
After breakfast, we'll drive to the captivating city of Chefchaouen
which was taken over by the Spanish in 1920. In the medina, you will
visit the Kasbah museum constructed by the legendary ruler Moulay
Ismail before enjoying a local lunch. You will have the chance to
create lasting memories in this charming, Hispanic-style town with its
blue and white buildings, small balconies, tiled roofs, and patios
decorated with citrus trees. After the visit, we'll head back to your
hotel.
On
the fourth day, we will explore the administrative capital of the
Kingdom of Morocco, Rabat. Our tour will begin with a visit to the Royal
Palace (Mechouar), where you can learn about the history of Moroccan
royalty and the current monarchy.
Next,
we will head to the Kasbah Oudaya, a fortified citadel that is now a
beautiful residential area with traditional blue and white houses and
lush gardens. You can explore the winding streets and take in the
stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the Kasbah's lookout points.
After
that, we will visit the Mohammed V Mausoleum, where the late king and
his two sons are buried. The mausoleum is an impressive building with
beautiful tilework, intricate designs, and a peaceful atmosphere.
Our
last stop of the day will be the Hassan Tower, an iconic landmark of
Rabat that dates back to the 12th century. You can admire the tower's
intricate details and learn about its rich history.
This
tour will give you an insight into the culture and history of Morocco,
and a chance to appreciate the beauty of Rabat's architecture and
surroundings.
