Housed in a typical building in the Riad theme, Dar Moha sits next to Dar el Bacha Palace, once the residence of Marrakech’s Pasha. The historic area makes the new approach to Moroccan cuisine by chef Moha Fedal extra surprising. While his artistic work does not please purists, to create anything unique, Fedal combines Andalusian influences. Composed of 14 alternating salads created of raw and cooked seasonal ingredients, don’t miss the salad course. The salads are adequate to constitute a light dinner, paired with a few warm appetizers, but if you want a heartier main, the sea bass and prawns in chermoula are wonderful.
